I debated whether to post this here, in Training -> Other, or in the Everything Else section, the latter being our "off-topic" area.

It does discuss how much exercise is too much, sort of, and diet, and exercise and medical science. Well worth the 15 minutes it takes to watch, IMO.

The title is a bit misguiding, as there is not so much about "How much exercise is too much".
But the content is very interesting. Take home message: I can continue with my French diet. :)
