Kettlebell Temporary replacement for TGUs in S&S

Of course, it depends on the nature of your shoulder injury. That said I did a long period of super light TGUs in addition to all the PT exercises I was doing. I started TGUs with a #5 dumbbell and very slowly worked back up to 24kg.
 
I vote for crawling and/or loaded carries. Especially, leopard crawls or Cook drill carries.
Both, if not currently trained or practiced, provide meaningful benefits and improvements to many other things like work capacity, squatting, deadlifting, pressing or pull-ups from my experience.
