Yes, anyone that's been to ANY StrongFirst course or cert will certainly learn about tension!

It is so obvious to me when it's lacking... I follow Instagram lifters who are not StrongFirst-taught and many don't have this "secret ingredient." They don't get very strong, either.

In the past i struggled with the planche and its variations, after applied different tension techniques to the training i get it much faster. And also, seems like the planche "helps" my deadlift ( get very near to 2.5xbw deadlift without training seriously - just few here and there reps to demonstrate for my friends). but when i think cleary about it, both PR dead and planche are just 2 "rupã" of totally body tension
