Testosterone in relation to oats

So lately I have dived into the wonderful world of testorone. Great hormone right there no question.
However I've been reading some sources that state you should stay away from oats, as it would be a killer to your testosterone. Other sources (most of them actually) say oats are the best thing that could possibly happen to it.

What is your take on this?
So far most sources I can find make me think I should just stay with the oats, but I am curious about other opinions.
Oats are not good for those who have arthritis it is high in purine.

Oats have been a staple food for strong men and women for centuries. I'd be utterly flabbergasted if it did turn out that eating oats had a negative effect on your testosterone.

You'll often find when you encounter research such as this, that experiments were performed in a highly unnatural or non-applicable context, eg feeding lab rats 100% oat-based diets.

In terms of what the body needs to be healthy, it's as important (if not more so) to look at what is missing from the diet as well as what is present.
