Many exercises CAN be dangerous when done with weight that can not be handled or if done incorrectly. The bench press is a perfectly good example and I fail to enter a gym where that lift isn't being done.
 
Question: Light vs. heavy get-ups, which is better?
  • Practice light get-ups - every possible variation - to move better.
  • Practice heavy get-ups - S&S standard - to move strong.
Answer: Yes.
