I know there is the KS get up but was wondering what most opinions are on best performance of TGU.  I remember Pavel always saying as long as safety is primary  the way you get up is up to you.  Just curious what others think.
 
I found the lunge style TGU to be unnatural for me and perfer the squat style. I've only done TGU with kettlebells, but would love to experiement with barbells once I convince my gym owner.
