Some of the guys I train with in M Thai swear by Thai oil for keeping muscles supple. Ordered a bottle to see what it's like. Apart from that the only "supplements" I would use would be magnesium spray and protein powder...anyone recommend anything that they use?
P.s I think I feel better with magnesium spray but not sure if it's the placebo effect...
