"The Best All-Around Training Method EVER"- 6 months in, I'd say YES!!!!!

depends on my mood- right now, yes... i'll sprinkle in sets of 3 not infrequently- last week i did a workout where i rolled dice and used that to determine weight and rep- from 24kg up to 44kg... that was fun and very intense at times... had a few 44kg for 3 reps which felt kind of bad a$$...
