I just got an email about The Man Diet from Chad Howse. Has anyone read it or have any experience with it? It's not too expensive to purchase, but am wondering if there's any new info or just a rehashed of all things we already know. I think there's a intermittent fasting section in it also. I think it's 18/6 time frame which alot of people seem to lean towards for muscle gain.
 
A stark contrast to the typical "Australian man diet' which is comprised of McDonalds or KFC washed down with beer and potato chips or Doritos.

After reading the review Steve posted it seems like another IF book. Brad Pilon, Mark Berkan & Ori Hofmekler and been on a similar path for years and many similar newer books are just a re-hash with a twist.
 
Tarzan. Pretty much what I was thinking. Just a little tweaks or special secret add ons/ins.
Steve. A few of the reviews I've seen seem more like ads than actual reviews.
