I came across this article from Tim Ferris ( The Painless Path to Endurance (Plus: Breville Winner and More) ) in which he more or less discussed the training routine from this SOF guy called Victor, who is quote:
"He was capable of a strict pullup with 160 pounds of extra weight, at a bodyweight of 195 pounds (and one-arm chins, naturally). He could close Iron Mind’s iconic #2.5 Captains of Crush hand gripper, 237.5 pounds strong, for three reps. And he had run over ten ultramarathons, from 50 to 100 miles!…"
He later says he only trains 30min a day, runs twice a week (1 50m trail run and one LISS 3+ hours) and besides only does pushups, pull-ups, kettlebell swings, get-ups, windmills, goblet squats, and club mills/swipes.

Now my question, how would you guys structure such a training regiment?

I thought of dividing the exercises into posterior and anterior, alternating them weekly in an ABA - BAB Fashion, S&S style for kettlebells and ladders for calisthenics + the two runs

What are your ideas?

Best wishes!
