Rough day today, zero motivation, zero energy. It was almost as if I was sick, without the fever. I did my mobility work, felt wiped out, so I stopped there. I guess today was a day, like @The Nail says, to break for the curves.

Great session tonight. I backed off the rows and SLDL's tonight, I wanted to give my full attention to the cleans & presses. Felt much better tonight compared to yesterday, so maybe things are trending up once again......

Light mobility/flexibility work tonight, I wasn't overly stiff from the day. There was some DOMS from the 14 sets of presses yesterday, understandably. Still, this felt better tonight than my last session. I may be just about ready for another set with the 24 kg.

Hello congestion, fatigue, and aches & pains. I don't know what hit me this afternoon, but it wasn't good. By mid-afternoon I was congested, tired, and sore all over. So, no training this evening. Instead, sweatshirt, sweatpants, socks, Vicks, and a heavy blanket to sweat this out.

Felt better this morning, stayed active through the day, did some light mobility work, and felt great after my session tonight. While I'm still not 100%, I do feel much better than I did when I went to bed last night.

Good session this morning. I need to spend more time on my mobility work tomorrow. I haven't been too dedicated to loosening up more. It is also time to start focusing more on S&S than S&T, so that will be the plan moving forward.

In the S&S book, you are to challenge yourself from time to time. Well, adding another set with the 24 kg sounded like just the thing. I was pleasantly surprised that the additional set felt really good, not challenging or overly taxing. All around, this was a good session.

When time is short, like it usually is for me on Mondays, S&T will still fit in nicely. A little more work on my flexibility really felt good today.

Good session again tonight. The 24 kg kettlebell really challenges me so far. This is a good thing, focus is always important, and the 24 kg is demanding my full attention.

Rough, rough, rough day.....all day meetings, barely got 6k steps in......I needed this more than anything else, so mobility work, some rest, and repeat. I feel so much better after all that stretching.

No training today, as this was an unscheduled day off. I did, however, receive some validation that my work is paying off. My son bought a sectional, and asked for help bringing it home. Me, him, and his brother-in-law. Now, I have those two by over 30 years, and I was the only one not breathing hard afterwards....

The 24 kg kettlebell felt good in my hands this morning, so I went for an additional set with it in each movement. Doggone if that didn't feel good......the swings felt sharp, which is always a good thing. The wierd thing was my get ups felt strong, like I could have used it for all 5 sets.....soon.....

The 24 kg kettlebell felt good in my hands again today, almost light. So, I went for it, keeping it in my hands until it felt like it was too much for that round. Honestly, I stopped short on purpose. I just didn't think that jumping from partial use of the 24 kg to full use of the 24 kg should happen over a couple of days. So, I hit the brakes, and decided to stick with this pattern for the next few days.

Great session pressing the 24 kg today. I guess I am truly making progress with this kettlebell. Now, I just have to find somewhere to workout over the long weekend. My in-laws have hard wood flooring, and the temps will not be conducive to outdoor work....maybe some pressing & snatching....which I will need to watch a video or two on before doing them....
