You know what's awesome? A 7 minute 22 second kettlebell workout. 40 squats, 20 presses 20 cleans with 90 lb. And not having to do anything if I don't want to until gulp, Sunday. Heavy day. It almost feels like cheating....until heavy day. I remember when former #2 NFL pick and juicer Tony Mandarich bragging about how he "squatted until he puked." I think we'll be getting close to that next 2 heavy days.
