For the past year, I've had tightness right above me knee, more in the thigh area.. It never hurt but it is a funny sensation. I can do any workout with no pain, most of the time it feels better after I work out. Sometimes the tightness comes back though. I've been doing yoga and really focusing on foam rolling that area and in the last month it has really improved even more. I think its a trigger point of some sort. It can be tight, but 30 seconds with a tennis ball and it feels almost normal.

Anyone else ever have something like this.
