Looking at Pavels Total Packaging weekly Template and wondering how to implement Strength Days with Q&D 033,
I the original article Pavel has you doing conditioning work the day after Strength/Grinds. But as Q&D is power based, would it be better to do Q&D the days before Grinds or run is as written?
