Kettlebell Total Tension Variation (EMOM)

I did the total tension complex many times: I think it's a very good training.
I thought I'd change the workout by taking the proposed exercises:

CLEAN
PRESS
SQUAT
RENEGADE

EMOM: 30 minutes
KETTLEBELL: snatch test size (2)

1st round:

1 CLEAN
1PRESS
1 SQUAT
1 RENEGADE

2nd round:

2 CLEAN
2 PRESS
2 SQUAT
2 RENEGADE

3rd round:

1 CLEAN
1PRESS
1 SQUAT
1 RENEGADE

4th ...... 30

What do you think about it?

Pretty good program.

I would use SLDL (naked if not mastered with a load) instead of renegade. This will work more your core and stability.

I think @pet' 's idea of the SLDL gives smoother transitions between the moves, but I also like the renegade row as it is a pulling action, akin to face pulls and thus is good for the posture........
