Started training 5 days in a row. Full body only twice but upper body 5 days with 5 exercises for 2 sets. On the 5th day adding in a 3rd set to failure prior to having 2 days off.

Interested to see how it compares to 2 days on 1 off which I was using on the same exercises.
 
greater frequency is one way to push the limits!
