What is the difference between a “practice” and a “program” on the training app? Thanks!

A practice is a session that can be performed for a day or for series of sessions (weeks and months really).
Simple and Sinister is an example.
A program has a set time frame and progression strategy built in.
Kettlebells and Deadlifts Part 1 is an example.
So you might run the 5 weeks of Kettlebells and Deadlifts part 1.
Do the S&S practice for a couple of weeks.
Then run the 5 weeks of Kettlebells and Deadlifts part 2.
