Trying again at digitally logging my training;
Floating around 180lbs
31 years old,
Father to be very soon
BJJ practitioner
Training most my adult life and logged via notebook.
Currently have completed timed S&S at 40kg
Timeless with 48kg swings and 40kg TGUs
Moving onto the recently released program from bjjfanatics.com
Semi test day to start part 2b

20x5-1HKBS at 32kg emon
Tgu 1/1 at 32kg
Roughly 40% BW

Onto 2b

30-40s a rep, about every 90s

Had to wear a lifting wrap on left wrist, bothered it during bjj

Meet 50% bw standard
Going to test C+J rep max on Saturday to start the next phase of KB for BJJ

May add a pure stregnth day deadlift + bench once a week giving me 3 training days a week.
 
Average HR for this session was 139
Peak of 164
Low of 107

HR never exceeded 150 prior to a set
