Timed simple

Swings done in 4:37 maintained in through the nose out through the mouth.
TGU done in 5:55 all Nasal breathing

Been in workout purgatory for a bit, forearms have been bothering me again. Long time over use injury between using hand tools at work, bjj, and kettlebells.

Some kb press and dead lifting for now.
