My 11yr old has been baking almost daily. We find her with a cook book out and bowl full of ingredients. Everything she has made has turned out great. It made me think about the similarities between cooking and training. Nobody starts life as a chef. Some go to school and others follow recipes at home and in time become great cooks. I have followed a lot of recipes over the years though and found some that I like, others that I don't - we all have different tastes. I am no chef when it comes to programming my training but I do like to "cook" and do notice my own cooking continuously getting better the more professional recipes I follow. While we might not all be chefs, I appreciate the recipes the chefs here provide as they help to improve my own cooking for the training that matches my taste buds. Thank you SF chefs.
