Training Log- A+A plus Bodyweight Ladders

I need to build my endurance, so I'm going with A+A Kettlebell Snatches as my primary movement M/W/F with some bodyweight movements and swings on T/Th.

11/20/17

32kg Snatches
5x 22 repeats
10/50 work/rest
22 pullup singles between repeats

Practice felt great. Took it easy on Day 1 to protect hands

Push-up ladders 1-10, up and back down

2 ladders= 200 total reps

25 minutes roughly

Warm-up

EMOM
Min 1-5 - 3 reps Dbl C&P w/ 32kg bells
Min 6-10- 2 reps
Min 11-15- 1 rep
Min 16-20- 5 reps Dbl Cleans w/32kg bells
Min 21-30- 5 reps Snatch 24kg

30 minutes total
30 C&P's @64kg
25 Cleans @64kg
50 Snatches@24kg
