Todays Practice:

Prying Goblet Squat 2x5 24kg
Halos 2x10 20kg
One Arm Swings 10x10 24kg,24kg,28kg,24kg,24kg
TGU 10x1 28kg,28kg,32kg,28kg,28kg

One arm clean ladders (1,2,3) with 28kg

TGU strength keeps improving with each week, one arm swing still needs some work, but always a fun time regardless getting practice in

TGU 10x1 28,28,32,32,28kg

Double KB Push Press 5x3 24kg
Double KB Squats 5x3 32kg

Basketball Training 30 minutes

Welcome to the forum @Mark DiRugeris. You are doing some strong work, keep it up, the one arm swings will come. Don't hesitate to ask questions, there are many people that have the experience & knowledge to give you informed answers.

Todays Practice:

TGU work with 24,32,36kg (left hand definitely stronger with this movement)
Snatch Ladders 5x20kg/3x24kg/1x28kg up and down the ladder 3x
Double Clean/Squat/Press/Rack Carry 10 yards 15x

SSP x5

4 rounds with 90 seconds rest for each. Starting week 1 of the Kettlebell Muscle Program from Geoff Neupert.

Pullups 5,4,3,2,1
Pistol squat practice

Double High Pulls x5
Double Snatch x5
Double MP x5
Double Front Squat x5

Moderate weight, I used 20kg
