One thread per person, please, but you may start a second log if you feel your programming has taken a new direction, you've reached a milestone, or have another good reason for wanting to make a new start in a fresh training log thread.
Use your first post to provide any introduction: your background, why you've chosen your current program, list any abbreviations that might not have obvious meanings to others, etc. If this is your second training log, you may include a link to the earlier log's first post with your profile, or you may start your new training log with an updated profile, a link to your earlier log, and your reasons for starting your log anew.
Your online training log in this section of our forum is publicly viewable, can be searched and found via Google, etc. If you wish to maintain your training log here but have it be visible only to logged in members of our forum, please use our other section called Training Logs for Members Only.
Enjoy.
