Ah yes I remember the hazy blur well even though my kids are 16 and 13 now! I know everyone will say to you enjoy these baby days because they go by fast....you will think "yeah, right" because you are tired, but they really do.

and kudos for getting back under the bell! Having found exercise later on after my kids were older, I know I would not have been near that ambitious for any sort of exercise when they were newborns!

The hazy blur of twins wears off around 6 and kicks back in around pre-teen. Mine are ten and they are killing me today. Lol.

@crazycanuck Thank you. Having a target out in the near future helps as well with consistency. In March, I am an assistant instructor at SFG Los Angeles and in April attending SFGII in Chicago. Gotta be ready!
