My back is much better. As expected, I have been busy with the family so haven't kept my log up to date. Nothing fancy with my training right now , just a lot of body weight stuff with some light bell work mixed in. Also, I have been practicing my guitar much more lately so that has been fun (I went to school for jazz composition many moons ago)....thanks for checking in.
