Hi everyone, I am privileged to be a member of this awesome community!

*Married, 2 kids
*Personal Trainer @ Equinox Fitness (Los Angeles, CA)
*ACE PT, CSCS, FMS, Pn1, OS
*SFGI Certified since February 2014

Current Program:

*6 days on / 1 day off
*S&S M / T / W / F (Waving the load between 16, 20, 24kg)
*Bodyweight only Th / Sat

*Warmup - 2 mile walk
*Mobility drills
*1H Swings (16kg) 10 x 10
*TGU (16kg) 5 + 5
*Dynamic stretching

*Farmer Carry (32kg) 100 paces x 4

*2 mile walk + 135 push-ups
*Cooldown, crawling flow

Note:
135 push-ups = 1,500 for the month. Goal for October will be 2,000.
