Minimalist Stretching and Mobility
That Dan John's Minimalist Stretching and Mobility is good stuff. I found Windmill to be a good stretching movement, when @elli recommended them instead of TGUs. I had some issues with TGUs because of my knee, but now I can do them. I forgot to thank elli for that and @Swann 1, who gave me the tip to elli's log.
