I would like to share my anecdotal experience when it comes to training fast and slow twitch muscles. My focus is geared towards fast twitch muscles, but I notice that I can train harder when I include include some slow steady state cardio. Now of course, I don’t go over board with the easy style of conditioning, but I have notice an improvement.
I was wondering if that had been your experiences as well.
