I know we are about combined exercises but having trouble getting traps to activate ,any kettle bell exercises that favor traps strength? Maybe deadlifts what are you alls thoughts thanks guys I started s&s but waiting for pttp to come in mail ,I think I will enjoy training with it better . until I learn proper get ups they really bother the shoulder.
