Trying out this training log thing

Press 5x1,2 32kg
Pull ups 5x,1,2 15kg overhand grip
Pushup 4x10
Pull up 3x10 varying grip
Swings, 1h 10min, 40kg, 75 reps. Neglected hand care which led to a torn callus. Also decided to lower the pull up weight to 15kg for a while.

Variety day
I havent done turkish get ups since I did simple amd sinister in 2016, and besides pressing 1/2 of my bw it would be cool to be able to do a get up as well. So Ive decided to do light get ups on my variety day to really groove the movement pattern.

So today: 5L,5R get ups with 24kg with a couple of breaths at each step. Also took a 50 min brisk walk
edit: did 3x15 pushups

Worked 12 hours today and will work 12 tomorrow, want to spend some time with my gf so ill split this day into two.
Press, 32kg, 3x1,2,3
Pullups 15kg 3x1,2,3
Thick rope Curls 20kg, 3x10

Variety day
30min stationary bike
Clean and push press 3 singles left and right, 40kg
Goblet squats 3x5
Swings 4mins
Did 2L/2R and 3x10 two handed, total 70 reps. Extra careful with the thorn callus. My 24 and 32 are competition bells so getting used to this handle size will take some time, i feel my grip giving up way before my posterioe chain. Thinking of skipping the dice part and doing it a+a/s&s to get a grip and feel in the kettlebell.

Light day
Warmup 5 halos each side, 16kg, 5/5 press 20kg, 5/5 press 24kg (I do this warm-up every training day, sometimes I do some hanging but not today)
Press 4x1,2
Pull-ups, varying grips 4x10 (BW)
Goblet squat, 40kg 3x5
Snatch 32kg, 7 mins, 60 reps

I felt really tired today and I decided to simply do it anyway but made adjustments to make it more bearable. Presses and pull-ups were not supersetted. I did every exercise in written order with 2-3 mins rest between, except the snatches that were done for 7 minutes but I decided to rest until I felt ready again.

I got an intense headache after the two first rungs so had to take a paracetamol and rest for an hour
Press: 2x1,2,3+3x1,2,3 32kg
Pull up 2,x1,2,3+ 3x1,2,3 15kg
Swings
100 one hand swings, 40kg 11 mins
Getting used to the 40kg now, gripping better and swings start to feel as crisp as they did with the 32. Happy I got it. Looking forward to see where it will take me.
Might mess around and to a couple of sets of curls later
EDIT: Did mess around later, 3x10 curls 20kg, 7 singles/leg pistol squat 16kg
