This is true. But there is also no clear eating habits. No consistency in the nutrition world what so ever. I stay pretty consistent in what I eat but that doesn't mean it is optimal. Nothing that I have read indicates what optimal eating habits are. No consistency in data. So what is the optimal way of eating for one individual could completely wreck another individual.Ok you do know that to improve body composition, that requires a level of eating discipline..
You can't out train less than optimal eating habits.
