Ok you do know that to improve body composition, that requires a level of eating discipline..

You can't out train less than optimal eating habits.
This is true. But there is also no clear eating habits. No consistency in the nutrition world what so ever. I stay pretty consistent in what I eat but that doesn't mean it is optimal. Nothing that I have read indicates what optimal eating habits are. No consistency in data. So what is the optimal way of eating for one individual could completely wreck another individual.
 
Six or seven days a week of S&S will definitely get the metabolism into a higher gear. I also do a fair amount of walking and some easy running or rucking. S&S isn't meant to be your only physical activity. But you do want to be smart about what you do in addition to it. If you are throwing in other strength programs with a deep understanding of why you are and how the programs will interact, odds are that you will slow not speed your progress.

I like doing pullups so threw in some weighted pullups

Is it me or do kettlebells shrink over time?
When I first bought my 16kg and 24kg the 16 looked big and the 24 looked massive. Now the 16 looks really tiny and the 24 looks normal and the 32 looks pretty big.
