Yes that is clear it helps a lot ! Active hangs are also a pretty impressive game changer, above all when you hold with only 1 hand, but try to put your shoulder parallel to the ground.

I just stumbled accross these videos:




I often use density training, but also multiple sets of relatively high reps with short rests. Both stratégies worked well on me.
