Hey Everyone,
I have not posted here in quite some time and I decided it was about time to return! I have been planning out my Road to the Fall TSC in October and wanted to share my program (Below). A lot of brilliant minds in here so take a look and tell me what you think. I have mixed "The Fighter Pull Up Program", with "The TNT Snatch Program", "The Daily Dose Program" and mixing in some Sprint Training . I did a similar training last summer and got really good results. I have built up my overall work capacity over the years so this shouldn't be too much, only time will tell! I am always open to opinions so feel free to let me know what you think.
My TSC Goals are (Body Weight 160lbs)
Deadlift: 405lbs
Pull ups: 25+
Snatches: 130+
This program does leave me with 4 weeks before the TSC so I plan on deloading for either a week or two and then just do some basic training to maintain my strength until competition.
