I have been doing the 3 days a week version of Easy Strength.
Get Up, Zercher Squat and Hollow Position Chin Ups.
In the last two weeks, I do three per side (alternating b/w left and right) with a 12 KG ( I can press 20KG but couldn't do TGU with 12KG before).
Today, I did two per side with 12KG and rest for a minute or two and give 16KG a try.
The form wasn't perfect (the straight leg raised up from time to time) and it was a bit unstable. But I did it!
