(Spoiler, I'm ok.)
No swings scheduled in my practice today. It's probably the movement I've practiced the most outside of everyday life. So I wasn't thinking much of it when I picked up a bell to do a set to wake up my hips before a rack pull. Focused on the first explosion, but my mind was elsewhere on the back swing. The rebound with the upper body turned off and pulled my neck.

Be present. Every movement every time.
