I know that recently Dave Whitely mentioned visiting a chiro and getting some good improvements across the board. I recently attended an advanced training seminar for a specific  chiropractic upper cervical technique called advanced orthogonal and this guy gave some info on sports performance and the importance of a 2oz bone in your neck. This is the technique i will be using once i reach clinic in 1.5 years. There is some great stuff here. I also attached a link to a guy talking about helping Westside barbell folks gain 13 new world records after getting this kind of care.
