Using kettlebells with loose skin.

Hi, what should happen if one is training with kettlebells and has loose skin? I have unsightly that is settled beneath the navel and around the waist and I was wondering what to realistically expect to happen doing kettlebell exercises, will it tone up and tighten up or just remain the same? Also, what exercises with kettlebells are best to target that area? Thanks!

How much there is loose skin and how old are you? How much and how fast you did lost weight? Those factors will matter too.
