I'd seen the challenge with push-ups but this is a whole different ball game. I reckon if I tried this on my own I'd give up fairly soon but if you introduce a collaborative/competitive element to it then who knows?
My wife and I were doing a pullup workout recently where you hang for 15 seconds, do a pullup, hang for another 15 seconds, do a pullup etc....until you drop. You improve pretty rapidly. Give it a try for a couple of weeks.
