Ended up focusing on C+P with 24/28. Enjoyed the explosive reps. Hands feel great. Shoulder feels strong.

Shoulder doing better. No pain when testing, pain during crawls however so stopped those. Started band pull aparts, bar hangs, and feet elevated chins. No weakness in shoulder.

Shoulder feels very good. More band work, 3x5 assisted pullups, 2x5 pushups, ab roller. Poor sleep again, teething, so sore and dragging. Hike this morning. BJJ tomorrow.

Shoulder band work, 2x5 assisted pullups, 1x5 unassisted chins. 3x5 pushups, more explosive. Shoulder feels good. Still occasional pinching/burning if I impinge.

4x5 assisted/unassisted chins, 4x5 pushups, 4 bucket carries, core work, lots of yard work.
