Offset KB, 24/32. So x2 just means each side had a 24 and 32. Moving targetish complex. Matched the cleans with squats to save some time. All reps completed.

S&S
Swings: 40/40/40/40/32 (callous on left hand falling apart so didn't want to be destroyed)
TGU: 32/32/24/24/24
Minimal pain/instability on left during 32 tgu. 24s felt great. Still taking reps slowly.
40kg definitely testing my hand strength. I "palm" it which is causing pinching and tearing on callouses before fingers.

Grab bag ballistic workout. Was going to go with parallete planche push ups and sandbag squats, but I am definitely more interested in KB right now.
24kg snatches
5/5/5/5 (20 per side total, Emom)
Clean and press 32kg once per side
Cleaned 40kg once per side. Push press not there yet.

Barbell switch! Very humid, kettlebell was sticking and tearing up hands. Moved inside to gym. Felt great. Goal was just to workout for 45:00 and not worry about weight. All lifts smooth and easy. This is the opposite of all my previous barbell training which was Max effort, failure. Even 5/3/1 I used failure and Max reps rather than 5s pro. It worked but also left me dragging.
Was conscious of altering positions throughout training. Hands move in and out some, different feet position, more and less hinge.

Trap bar deads: 225# 18x3 (18 sets of 3)

Poor sleep 3 nights in a row, plus first week of school. Definitely took more energy to finish these 20 repeats. 37:00 total.
Snatch
(5s) 24kg: 2/2
(3s) 32kg: 3/3 (last set on right felt very good. Think I wasn't throwing it up hard enough and definitely felt more "planky" descending.)

20nr in 40:40. Same time for same be as two days ago. Baseline?
Try to overspeed descent. Hopefully preparing for more 32kg snatches. Definitely started feeling more fatigue around 16th repeat.

Poor sleep
Really tried to focus on punching at top of snatch with flexed wrist. Really makes a difference in catching the snatch. Descending, trying to keep my plank as long as possible until bell moves between legs.
Still feels like I'm "casting" bell from top and that definitely causes a hitch on descent.
Also working on locking down scapula as bell ascends to be more smooth at top

5s 24kg: 1/1
5s 32kg: 7/7

Figured out the corkscrew method vs casting kettlebell for descent. So much more controlled and doesn't pull me to ground. Much easier to guide to hinge.
One set with 32kg takes approximately 15s. Q&D 10s with a 24kg took about 12s I believe.
