Wow! Thank you whomever posted the video about having a "squattier" snatch. Felt so much more comfortable and powerful. Still hinging, but not to the degree of a swing. Definitely focused on getting bell vertical rather than horizontal and "taking".
Cardio still years behind strength. That's what I get for ignoring cardio for 15 years.

Schedule has been very hectic and probably will not let up with students returning and baby #3 on the way. Need to figure out some sort of plan for days when I only have 20-30 minutes to train. In the past I would do clean/squat/press doubles work. May do that or 044 q&d. Still trying to complete 3 oneish hour runs per week.
Suggestions welcome. Nonspecific goals outside of general health and fitness for active teacher and parent.

Banded elevated parallete pushups: 13, 15, 15, 14, 15 (stopped timer), 12,
40kg Goblet jump squats:4, 6, 6, 5, 6 (18:00), 5,
Each exercise performed for 10 seconds at two minute intervals. 10s work, 110s rest. Q&D plan 015ish. I stopped timer after 5th round.
Fasted.
Bent press practice w/24kg throughout morning

Q&D + Bent Press pretty good combo. Hit 32kg bent press later in day.

No training. Practiced keeping shoulder packed. Definitely a skill I have yet to master. Naked TGU really helped. Changing planes is where I unpack. Practiced packed pressing with 24kg. After loosening with bands actually felt great.

Few TGU for practice. My shoulder continues to unpack when transitioning from bridge/sweep to side press position.

TGU felt great. Definitely starting to better understand packing shoulder. The cue that I continue to refer to is activating my latbor pulling shoulder down. Pulling "back" is something that is not natural whatsoever.

Baby #3 born 11/3/20. Doing some easy gtg C&P+windmills and pullups. Weight somewhere around 149#.
Q&D 044, 60 snatches with 24kg.
1 Loaded carry (20 yards out, 20 yards back, 90ish# per hand.

Outside play with kids: 40 yard one legged hops, somersaults, medicine ball throws, log jumps, log pistol squats.
Daily handstand practice, front lever practice, maybe some 32kg 1h swings.
