My training allows me 2 times a week with barbell work. My thought process was to utilize the vodka and pickles template for my deadlifts because I love pulling singles. Has any had any experience using V&P only twice a week? It would make a cycle last 3 weeks versus 2 but that works perfect for me for my upcoming template starting in June. Thanks for any help!!!
