Hello all,

I’ve been training my deadlift along with Swings, getups, pull-ups, goblet Squats and military presses. I am 190lbs, healthy would good scores on FMS. I’d like to follow the Vodka and Pickles deadlift plan:

A few questions to anyone who has run this:

In workout 6 are you actually going back to workout 1 10lbs heavier or is this used as a “off” day since it is 3 times per week?

I would like to work on presses using the soju and tuba press program with the 3rm fighter pull-up program. This should work okay along side of this as not to detract from the “main course”?
 
I went back to my original weight with an extra 10-20 pounds, it felt fine. I'm actually getting back to it starting this past Sunday. I love that program. You can do the presses and pull ups but I would watch the volume once your deadlift weight gets up there, it could be difficult to recover @JGP718
