Do you all have any suggestions for decent quality wall mounted pull up bars? I was looking at the Rogue pull-up bars, but they are a bit pricey.
Thanks for your suggestions!

The Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar is the best wall-mounted pull-up bar I tried.
-One of the features which make this bar better than other bars is that it has rubber stoppers on either side so you can attach it to a door as well. This allows for maximum use of space in your home gym or office.
-It's also able to support up to 300lbs and doesn't need any mounting hardware thanks to its magnetic design.

What kind of wall are you putting it on?

I have had success joining studs with 3/4 ply or 2x6or8. Scope out home depot or a new construction site and you can grab something from the off cut pile.

I've used 1" galvanized pipe for pull up station and it's awesome.

Grab two flanges, two nipples (how far you want the bar from the wall, two 90's and whatever width bar you want.
