I started with Eat,Stop,Eat method of fasting. 1 day a week fasting till Dinner.
It was difficult at first but it starting working in that first month. First thing I noticed was the "HANGRY's " went away.
Then the waist started shrinking (about 36" waist at that time 225lbs)
So I went to 2 days of ESE fasting Monday and Thursday.
Then it really got cooking. Within a few months I hit an all time BW low of 176lbs and 32" waist @ 6' tall.
Now (about 2 years since I first started fasting) I am at a 31" Waist and 190lbs- Doing more of the 16/8 daily fasting using a modified Leangains method.
