Barbell Waves of Strength & The Hybrid Power Conditioning Program

I have followed that model but with Bench Press on the waves of strength. It worked well. Waves of strength follows Plan Strong style programming but the weights are heavier and the volumes lower. An alternative is to get a Plan Strong program done for you. I have also combined that with Justa singles, from memory deadlift on Plan Strong and Floor Press on Justa. Worked well too
