Hi, I'm sure this topic was brought up somewhere on the forum but was hoping to get some advice on how to incorporate other exercises when following simple and sinister 2-3 x a week? I'm 56 and my goal is to continue to move everyday, increase power, strength, endurance, mobility and lose body fat without overtraining or becoming bored doing one program. I currently do the simple timed(32kg swing 10x10 in 5 mins and 32kg TGU 10 reps in 10mins) but would like to do some other lifts/body weight etc. on the non-S&S days to get an all around weekly routine without overtraining. I know following the S&S program will achieve the goals I mentioned, but I like to mix up my workouts and achieving sinister is not my goal at this time. Look forward to hearing some suggestions.

Maybe add a barbell day? Or body weight day? Taking a snatch width grip on a pvc pipe and doing overhead squats feels good to me or an empty barbell or with some light weight. Always makes me feel like I stand straighter after some overhead work.
