Hello,

You can look for the Tactical Strength Challenge.

Otherwise, it always depends on the goal.

Dan John says that once you can do 15 bodyweight pull ups, you can start adding weight.

Totally depends on the goal. And absolutely no reason to wait until 15 reps to start adding load.
 
@Anatoly, not for weighted pullups, except for the Beast Tamer / Iron Maiden.

The TSC - look at the rules for the various divisions to see how pullups are handled.

The only weighted pullup standard was the SFG-II - there was never any other that I remember.
