Exactly. I add it to the 33 stand up mobility drills in Jon Engum's Flexible Steel book, or any other hybrid warm up I do. In Feb 2018 I showed up to the SFG II cert with back spasms. One of the Assistant Instructors used it as part of a group warm up prior to instruction. I had a WTH effect when back tightness and pain started to drop during the halo.
