sticking to a plan is exactly what I am currently trying to do...I am in week 2/5.
Finished! And 'diet' goes well, too.
Problems left: maths, need more courage when bouldering - I am afraid of falling :eek:
 
I started to enumerate the things I'm bad at, but my post exceeded the memory limits of my computer and caused it to crash and catch fire....(okay, so maybe I'm not bad at hyperbole.) :rolleyes:

Perhaps, my biggest bad is to be often expectation-dependant, and to focus on the result so much, that I completely forget to enjoy the way.
